Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats to our IT systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust security controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to educate employees on best practices and emerging threats.
  • Analyze security event logs and incident reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for implementing new security measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
