Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect, Cybersecurity, you'll play a critical role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the protection of our organization's assets.
This is a unique opportunity to join our Cybersecurity and IT Governance team within the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk (GRC), and Compliance organization. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IT & Cybersecurity governance, data protection, data loss prevention, data governance, and developing IT, OT, and Cybersecurity standards.
As a Solution Architect for Cybersecurity Governance, you'll be responsible for evangelizing governance, risk, and compliance to the broader MPC community, partnering closely with our Infrastructure, Audit, and Legal teams. You'll provide guidance and recommendations to improve IT and OT environments, building governance frameworks as appropriate for the technology and process.
This position works closely with business partners, including IT and OT, process owners, internal senior-level leadership, and internal/external audit groups to ensure appropriate implementation and representation of IT and Cybersecurity practices and postures.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure alignment between teams to build and prioritize roadmaps, plans releases, and align them with business objectives.
- Support architectural governance and compliance, contribute to defining principles, guidelines, and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms by analyzing technology trends and impacts.
- Write epics and stories to support completion of initiatives.
- Prioritize the short-term value stream backlog and releases, as well as the long-term roadmap for the team.
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant architecture experience.
- Experience with Cybersecurity GRC-related industry frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile SAFe.
