Job Title: Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Finish Line. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and engagement.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Requires standing approximately 5 - 8 hours per day, usually 3 - 5 days per week.
  • During peak sale periods, will work for long periods throughout a day.
  • Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer's feet, as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
  • May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
  • Required to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
Benefits:

Store Associate pay range starts at $16.00 per hour. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full-time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
