Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation
  • Collaborate with your team to create a friendly and welcoming environment for donors
  • Be detail-oriented and ensure that blood collections meet regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused
What You'll Need:
  • Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a public setting
  • Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record (may be required)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
  • Prior leadership experience
