Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Southern Idaho.
Key Responsibilities: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess, treat, and manage patients with respiratory conditions. Your responsibilities will include administering respiratory treatments, conducting diagnostic tests, and providing education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Perform respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments.
- Conduct arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.
- Manage mechanical ventilation and assist with airway management.
- Provide patient education on respiratory care techniques and disease management.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Current Respiratory Therapist licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
