Position: Seating Technician

As a Seating Technician, you'll play a vital role in assembling and delivering CRT equipment, ensuring our clients achieve their functional goals with confidence and satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with our Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) to provide exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration: Work alongside ATPs to provide exceptional support and care.
  • Assembly & Delivery: Assemble and fit CRT equipment with precision, ensuring minimal oversight and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Assessment & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve product issues while collaborating with ATPs for solutions.
  • Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in our shop/warehouse and ensure delivery vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with business accounts.
  • Documentation: Ensure all records are accurately completed in line with Numotion policies.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
  • Training Participation: Attend in-service training sessions as required to enhance your skills.
  • Customer Focus: Provide outstanding service to all customers and clients, addressing concerns and finding solutions promptly.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of mechanical or electrical experience.
  • Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRT products and industry knowledge.
