Product/Sales Engineer

Ferretti Search is seeking a Product/Sales Engineer to support the Sales department with technical and non-technical activities. This role offers a blend of engineering expertise and sales acumen, working closely with customers and internal teams to evaluate quotes, present technical information, and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Work with customers to evaluate RFQs, determine manufacturing feasibility, and provide technical information.
- Sales & Support: Perform outbound prospecting, follow up on quotations, and assist in closing sales.
- Technical Expertise: Assist with costing custom parts, and help the team understand technical requirements and customer demands.
Requirements:
- Background in Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in a machine shop or CNC environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiar with manufacturing processes, able to read and interpret engineering drawings, and working knowledge of CNC Screw Turning machinery is a plus.
- Sales-Oriented: Outgoing, detail-oriented, and driven by both technical challenges and customer interactions.
