We are a well-established Civil Underground Construction firm seeking experienced professionals to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned construction professionals to engage in a variety of exciting projects and make a real impact in the industry.

As a Civil Underground Superintendent or Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to underground civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate underground civil construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on underground utilities, lift stations, pipe works, water, and civil construction, and roadways.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
