- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor and meet daily production goals, tracking key performance indicators and making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Associate's degree in manufacturing or a related field, plus 3 years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership and team members.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, chemicals, and other hazards.
