Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional Team Lead to join our team. As a Care Professional Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing personal care and companionship to our clients, managing their homes and appointments, planning meals, and performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide personal care and companionship to clients, including bathing and toileting assistance, managing their daily routines, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Home Management: Manage clients' homes, including planning meals, purchasing food, and preparing meals, as well as performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic living space.
  • Transportation: Drive clients to their appointments within the local area, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
  • Communication: Communicate clients' challenges and problem-solve with our agency and care team, ensuring continuity of care and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and provide support to clients and their families.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in on-call duties once a month, answering after-hour calls and messages to ensure 24/7 support for our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience/Training: Strong verbal and written communication skills, competent computer skills (Google Suite), problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ongoing training.
  • Qualifications: Basic computer skills, background in caregiving or willingness to train, ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and ability to work with limited supervision.
