Senior Technical Program Manager

We are the cluster networking team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Our team designs, builds, and operates the networking fabric underneath the Oracle cloud computing environment.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will help organize and track delivery of critical programs, coordinate with customers and vendors, and communicate with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to program development and implementation of processes involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with interdepartmental activities to ensure program completion on schedule.
  • Work with customers and vendors to clarify requirements and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify connections and reconcile possible collisions between different teams and timelines.
  • Assist in ensuring alignment and communications of overall program status across the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years of experience in program management or related experience, preferably in a fast-paced cloud-computing environment.
  • Successful coordination of delivery of large technical projects spanning multiple teams.
  • Ability to coordinate requirements, timelines, and deliverables with outside vendors.
  • Strong ownership, solid communication skills, and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and bringing order to chaos.
