Job Overview

Position: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Zing Recruiting is collaborating with a reputable flavor manufacturing company seeking a meticulous Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to become part of their Foods/Nutrition division on a long-term contract basis. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals eager to leverage their expertise in food science.

Compensation: $22-25/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent and compliant formula evaluations and documentation to internal stakeholders promptly, supporting global commercial, creation, and research objectives.
  • Recognize regulatory challenges associated with commercial prospects and work collaboratively across departments to address them.
  • Support regulatory specialists and managers as required.
  • Complete regulatory and technical questionnaires for clients.
  • Develop and uphold company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Create necessary documentation for customers.
  • Identify and address issues pertinent to customer needs.
  • Explore and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure timely support delivery, aligning with customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in food, biological, or physical sciences.
  • Proficient with systems and technology.
  • Familiarity with the food/flavor industry and its regulatory landscape.
