About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Walmart. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily for our members, following recipes and organization principles. You will also be responsible for wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh baked items daily for our members, following recipes and organization principles.
  • Wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available.
  • Assist members with their bakery orders and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively with members of the team.
  • Be flexible to the needs of the business and work in other areas as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
