We welcome a limited number of Clinical Fellows; our supervision is comprehensive. Clinical Fellows receive intentional support from seasoned SLPs. We offer flexibility regarding the number of hours and days worked.

Position Objective:
The objective of this role is to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in children from birth to 22 years of age, encompassing areas such as language, voice, fluency, articulation, and pragmatic language.

$52 - $70/

Hourly Rate Based on Experience:
SLP 0-5 Years $52 - $57 SLP 6-10 Years $57 - $63 SLP 10+ Years $63 - $70 Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-time is preferred; part-time applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication abilities, including standardized assessments as part of a triennial review to establish continued eligibility.

Research resources and methodologies to address students' functional goals.

Develop treatment plans in collaboration with classroom teachers and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure educational benefits.

Instruct and consult with interdisciplinary team members, as well as families/guardians, to generalize skills taught in the educational setting.

Collect data on student progress; document student activities; prepare reports and/or service logs using data management systems as required by the company.


Performance Objectives:
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies and procedures, produce accurate work, complete assignments in a timely manner, foster a positive team attitude.

Demonstrate initiative in unassigned tasks, engage in staff development and training, pursue personal professional growth and education, make sound decisions, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Qualifications:


California Speech Pathologist license (SLP) or eligibility for a CA preliminary RPE license; and/or California Speech-Language Services Credential or eligibility for a CA preliminary credential.

Experience in school-based environments is preferred; mentoring opportunities are available. DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance required. Proficient in computer usage; familiarity with special education software is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple tasks, problem-solving skills, and proven accuracy with detailed information. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, including business writing and professional telephone etiquette. Reliability, dependability, and adaptability are essential.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:


Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes. Requires frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, running, carrying, and lifting 50 or more lbs.

Must possess normal range of vision and hearing, with or without correction. The noise intensity level is moderate to high.
