Key Responsibilities- Engage students in SEL and PE curriculum, promoting social-emotional learning and physical activity.
- Certify mandatory instructional minutes required for the program, ensuring compliance with district regulations.
- Facilitate, demonstrate, and participate in games with students, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Supervise different activities with groups of students, such as games and distributing snacks, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, implementing strong behavior management skills on the field.
- Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff, providing updates on student progress and well-being.
- Basic understanding of operating and navigating modern technology, including digital tools and platforms.
- Act as a positive and inspiring role model, demonstrating exceptional customer service for all students and school staff.
- Follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
- 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, or child development, preferably in a similar role.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 18 years of age.
- Completion of mandatory MDR training and any district required trainings.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong ability to implement our curriculum to students, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a can-do attitude. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate exceptional behavioral management skills, and thoroughly understand our organization's goals and mission.
