CT Lead Imaging Technologist

As a CT Lead Imaging Technologist, you will oversee the daily operations of the Imaging technical staff, providing optimal customer service and an efficient and pleasant environment for staff and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Clearly defining work expectations for all tech staff
  • Addressing minor performance issues immediately and directly
  • Assisting with performance appraisals annually
  • Providing guidance and support to team members
  • Encouraging continuous growth and helping staff to realize full potential by identifying goals and creating learning plans

You will also be responsible for overseeing Imaging examination selecting proper technical factors, maintaining accurate record data, and overseeing supplies and other accessories needed for office function.
