Travel Requirement: This role necessitates travel to multiple locations. Candidates must possess reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in patient rooming and triage processes.
  • Prepare examination rooms for Mohs surgeries, excisions, and biopsies.
  • Support the physician during Mohs and other surgical procedures.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, inform patients of results, and coordinate follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, including restocking supplies.
  • Oversee laboratory upkeep, including the cleaning and sterilization of instruments.
  • Perform additional back-office duties as required.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting as a medical assistant is essential.
  • Experience in dermatology is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Compassionate and caring approach towards patients and colleagues.
