Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at ECBM, LP. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned clients by renewing insurance contracts and promoting ongoing client loyalty through adherence to ECBM service standards and providing solutions to clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Service clients on a book of assigned business in accordance with ECBM service and quality management standards and procedures.
- Retain assigned accounts, including ordering loss runs, providing renewal information, reviewing client coverages, and coordinating with client analysts.
- Recommend needed coverages, assist in cross-selling efforts, and pre-qualify accounts with insurance carriers.
- Negotiate renewal pricing/coverage and remarket coverage as needed.
- Maintain standard commission where possible and identify additional services needed by clients.
- Input and maintain client policy information in the agency management system accurately and in accordance with ECBM standards and procedures.
- Prepare Certificate of Insurance masters and cooperate with the Certificate Department in the issuance of all COIs required by the client.
- Assist in preparation of and presentation of Claim Review as required by Client Service Plan.
- Coordinate with client analysts all endorsements as requested by the client.
- Respond to clients' ongoing service needs in accordance with ECBM service standards.
- Communicate client needs to all other departments, including accounting, claims, reporting, or others as required.
- Notify manager, producer, and account executive of cancellation, audit, or coverage issues on clients.
- College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
- Professional Designation is a plus.
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should have at least 5 years of insurance experience with a good understanding of multi-line commercial insurance contracts and coverages.
- Should possess some understanding of the negotiation process and have the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Property Casualty Agent's License required.
