About the Role

This is a full-time remote position based in California or various locations in the US. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Your expertise will help us acquire new subscribers and reduce churn.

You'll establish and execute our overall Growth Marketing strategy, creating exciting campaigns and user journeys. You'll also be accountable for several of our marketing channels, ensuring we leverage them effectively to deliver on our goals.

We're looking for someone with 6+ years of growth marketing experience for a consumer subscription company. You should have a proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive subscriber and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Present these strategies to senior leadership teams and create consensus around your approach.
  • Analyze and report on campaign and user journey performance, using data to optimize our strategies.
  • Conduct A-B testing and develop a backlog of experiments to help us continuously find new ways to drive subscribers and revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure we're creating a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of growth marketing experience for a consumer subscription company.
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Expert understanding of customer engagement and CRM platforms like Braze and Appcues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Track record of motivating cross-functional teams around a shared goal.
  • Demonstrated can-do attitude, comfortable getting into the weeds and owning unfamiliar tasks as needed.
  • Strong project management skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid healthcare, a 401(k) plan and match, 'Use What You Need' PTO, and more.
