Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Associate to join our team in a role that offers professional growth opportunities. As an Insurance Associate, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to gain valuable skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in client reviews, updating summaries, creating spreadsheets and documents, obtaining quotes, remarketing, and coordinating new business policy delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in client review process by ordering designated summaries in advance of review target date
  • Provide assistance to team in preparation of stewardship reviews; update summaries, create spreadsheets and other documents as requested
  • Assist in new business process by establishing a file in our business tracking system, creating binders, identification cards, cancellation forms, and coordination of new business policy delivery
  • Support managers and leaders with scheduling office visits with clients and carriers
  • Assist Client Advisors and Client Advisor Managers with day-to-day tasks such as processing various inquiries like mortgage/lienholder, client identification, and billing inquiries
Requirements
  • Insurance experience
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret appropriate action

Please note that we prefer candidates with Property & Casualty license, strong Microsoft Office skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and act with a sense of urgency. Previous insurance industry knowledge and experience are also desirable but not required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $39,000 - $72,200, depending on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and minimum wage requirements.
