  • Meet with prospective customers to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all safety and security requirements are met.


Requirements:




  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow a checklist, prioritize tasks, eliminate distractions, establish a routine, delegate responsibilities, and experience using an electronic calendar such as Microsoft Outlook or Teams.
  • Sales aptitude, including understanding, knowing, and presenting the amenities, identifying issues, and adjusting to correct solutions.
  • Analytical skills, including analyzing different solutions, finding the best course of action, and efficiently utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet explorer to complete, compile, and submit documents.
  • Self-motivated and perseverance, including handling conflicts and the process forward, and ability to overcome obstacles.
