Job Summary

At Alexton Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to provide principal secretarial support to our Senior Staff Executive Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support functions for the office, preparing and compiling correspondence, and maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive level assistance to the Senior Staff Executive Member, including preparing and maintaining the Director's calendar and schedules.
  • Manage support functions for the office, including receiving telephone and personal callers, screening those that can be handled by other than the supervisor.
  • Prepare and compile correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.
  • Perform various clerical and secretarial duties, including working knowledge of certain office software programs (Microsoft Office).
Requirements
