Key Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager will oversee all operational aspects of their designated branch. This role is crucial for nurturing, coaching, and leading the service department while driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction year after year. It is essential for the Branch Manager to uphold high standards of accountability for themselves and their team, ensuring excellence in all operations.

  • Develop, mentor, and guide the Assistant Branch Manager
  • Facilitate daily training sessions for the service team, ensuring they are engaging and informative
  • Manage the execution of all necessary inspections, including weekly vehicle checks and monthly field training assessments
  • Work alongside technicians in the field to enhance customer service and sales skills while meeting performance benchmarks
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery by managing staffing and job scheduling
  • Conduct follow-up visits and quality control checks to ensure service exceeds customer expectations
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources
  • Foster a purposeful culture that drives team engagement and motivation

Qualifications:

  • Certified Operator License (General Pest and WDO) is mandatory; Lawn certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated operational experience in a high-growth setting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
