Transaction Advisory Specialist

KNM Resources is seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Analyst to join its team in Monmouth County. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in evaluating potential acquisitions and driving strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of corporate financial modeling experience or transaction/deal advisory experience in the Big 4, with a focus on financial analysis and forecasting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models to value and analyze transactions.
- Preparing financial reports and presentations to support informed decision-making.
- Liaising with finance counterparts of target companies to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Collaborating with corporate and business unit leaders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Remaining current with market developments and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensuring a foundational knowledge of target clients and their operations.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in corporate financial modeling or transaction advisory.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex financial models and presentations.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Ability to apply valuation techniques and concepts to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Workday is a plus, but not required.
Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $125,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
