Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the software solution, including vendor selection, software development, system integration, and quality assurance.
  • Manage a cross-functional project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the technology solution meets the organization's needs and industry standards.
  • Oversee change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption, to ensure a smooth transition to the new technology solution.
  • Establish metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track project performance and evaluate the impact of the technology solution on organizational goals.
  • Assist in the grant reporting process.
