- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including clinical directors, program managers, and therapists.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services with other programs and services.
- Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Recruit and retain qualified clinical staff.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in PRP work, with a focus on behavioral health services.
- LCPC licensure in the State of Maryland.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process and criminal background checks.
- Experience with ICAN Notes systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience as a clinical director or in a similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of community resources and referral networks.
- Ability to apply techniques for effective public presentations and community education.
