Join Our Team

**Candidates must reside in or near Tulsa, OK. Initial training will be conducted on-site in Tulsa for a minimum of three weeks, followed by the possibility of remote work from home (WFH) after achieving attendance and performance benchmarks.**

As an inbound call center Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers across the nation, assisting in reuniting individuals with their lost pets. Our services are available 24/7, every day of the year.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide reassurance to callers who may be distressed about their missing pets.
  • Act as the frontline team for Avantive Solutions, aiding in the reunion of pets with their owners.
  • Ensure a positive interaction for our customers.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented culture that promotes career growth.
  • Follow daily schedules to effectively manage incoming calls, especially during peak times.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Prior experience in a call center environment is ESSENTIAL.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • If working remotely, a quiet and designated workspace at home is necessary. This position is not suitable for childcare, elder care, or other side jobs.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and federal background check upon hiring.
