Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Advisor to join our team at Jim Glover Chevrolet. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Order Management: Oversee the flow of service orders in the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Concierge Support: Provide exceptional support to customers through phone and in-person inquiries, ensuring they are not mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Success: Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims and train and supervise the service department.
  • Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Factory Relations: Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
