Home Health LPN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. As a Home Health LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through accurate documentation and adherence to established processes
  • Travel to patient homes and communities to provide care, with occasional on-call and weekend shifts
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in Nevada or ability to obtain temporary license with permanent licensure upon expiration
  • IV Certification
  • At least one year of experience in acute care, critical care, oncology, HIV/AIDS, or advanced illness patient care settings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform regular physical functions, such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Access to reliable transportation for patient visits
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home Health experience
  • Knowledge and skills in wound care and wound vac use

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
