Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver field service engineering solutions to our clients independently.
  • Troubleshoot complex products and issues effectively.

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to service requests from customers.
  • Assess customer needs or issues and provide appropriate responses.
  • Offer over-the-phone guidance and support, or schedule on-site repairs as necessary.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on company products.
  • Establish and oversee local maintenance services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and application programmers for modifications.
  • Investigate market demands and customer applications of our products.
  • Timely submission of application reports to management.
  • Support sales initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in sales meetings as required.
  • Provide training to fellow field service engineers as needed.
  • Regularly submit various reports, including service, weekly, and expense reports to management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with optical/camera systems.
  • Background in cleanroom environments.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, laser, robotics, and mirror systems is advantageous.
