Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload, conducting individual therapy sessions and small group activities.
- Document daily therapy sessions, input data, perform evaluations, and create comprehensive care plans.
- Engage in continuous communication with clients' families and team members through various channels.
- Build and sustain relationships with families by offering educational resources and support.
Areas of Focus:
- Facilitate Early Motor Development, including skills such as crawling, walking, and jumping.
- Conduct Orthotic Assessments and provide intervention strategies.
- Support posture control during daily activities and feeding.
- Address pelvic floor and motor control challenges related to toilet training.
- Promote Family and Team Collaboration through education and support.
