As a dynamic and driven Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of local conferences, events, and roadshows for Document Crunch.

Our platform simplifies complex construction contracts and project documents, identifying critical risk provisions and providing teams with real-time guidance to make great decisions and comply with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage logistics for local conferences and events, including vendor coordination and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate local industry events within our key sales territories, ensuring alignment with the sales team
  • Organize roadshows by selecting appropriate venues, arranging accommodations, and booking flights
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities for regional events
  • Handle event registrations, attendee communication, and on-site support to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop event materials and promotional content for events
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and recommend improvements
  • Maintain relationships with industry organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance event effectiveness

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a related role
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
