Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft exceptional customer experiences by listening to customer needs and addressing objections effectively.
  • Implement marketing directives and sales strategies to engage consumers and build brand relationships.
  • Monitor and report market success metrics.
  • Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to enhance market exposure and drive new business.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or applicable experience in customer support, management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment or independently while achieving goals.
