Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor and Lifeguard to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim and be safer in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all students
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
  • Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their swimming skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
