Part-time evening shifts from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM on weekdays, totaling 20 hours biweekly, including every other holiday, as well as Casual/PRN roles.

Qualifications Required:
  1. Valid and Current PA Licensure as a Practical Nurse.
  2. Completion of the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) Direct Care Staff Person Training Course/Test.
  3. Must be at least twenty-one years of age.
  4. Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification or willingness to receive training during employment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the safety and appropriate care of residents' personal belongings in accordance with organizational guidelines and standards. Address any concerns with the supervisor as needed.
  2. Monitor residents and report any changes in their condition or symptoms of illness to the medical provider and/or Personal Care Manager as necessary. Take and record vital signs, assist in emergency situations, and encourage residents to engage in activities and social events.
  3. Provide oversight to personal care staff and assist the Manager with training and in-service programs.
