Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and diplomatic individual to join our team as a Quality Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving effective quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and promoting continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.
  • Prepare for and conduct regular quality audits and inspections, ensuring all audits and certifications are current.
  • Implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate reports on quality performance and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, introducing recommendations and solutions.
  • Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to integrate quality into process optimization efforts.
  • Train employees on quality standards and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of quality control experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings to management.
  • Knowledge of engineering terms and practices, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
