  • Implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate reports on quality performance and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, introducing recommendations and solutions.
  • Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to integrate quality into process optimization efforts.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and increased customer satisfaction daily in all areas of the organization.
  • Train employees on quality standards and procedures, ensuring a culture of quality excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of quality control experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate diplomatically and collaboratively with all areas of the company.
  • Critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • System evaluation skills, with the ability to assess and improve quality systems.
