Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Washington, Indiana area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions to help clients improve their daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their abilities.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapies to promote client progress and independence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Accurately document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
