As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services to our residents and ensuring their satisfaction with our properties.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet repairs, and general repairs to prepare Market Ready apartments.
  • Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to ensure they are clean, operational, and safe for residents.
  • Report any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and complete maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
