Your primary responsibility will be to receive, identify, and prioritize specimens for testing, while also performing and reporting laboratory procedures as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, identify, and prioritize specimens for testing
  • Perform and report laboratory procedures as required
  • Conduct quality control, proficiency testing, and routine instrument maintenance and inventory control
  • Evaluate positive patient identification to reduce analytical and post-analytical errors
  • Support lifelong learning and complete assigned goals
Requirements
  • Temporary state licensure and/or national registration or certification in concordance with current federal and/or state regulations
  • Full required licensure must be obtained within six months of hire
  • Basic computer literacy
