Your primary responsibility will be to receive, identify, and prioritize specimens for testing, while also performing and reporting laboratory procedures as required.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, identify, and prioritize specimens for testing
- Perform and report laboratory procedures as required
- Conduct quality control, proficiency testing, and routine instrument maintenance and inventory control
- Evaluate positive patient identification to reduce analytical and post-analytical errors
- Support lifelong learning and complete assigned goals
- Temporary state licensure and/or national registration or certification in concordance with current federal and/or state regulations
- Full required licensure must be obtained within six months of hire
- Basic computer literacy
