The Systems Application Engineer plays a crucial role in understanding and fulfilling customer needs while ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards. This position requires a blend of effective communication, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a global team to deliver application engineering support.
  • Engage with customers to manage product and project requirements.
  • Define product specifications and troubleshoot application-related challenges.
  • Relay customer insights and requirements to design and production teams.
  • Develop comprehensive system-level design specifications.
  • Create and implement testing protocols based on documented requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain all deployed systems and infrastructure.
  • Identify issues and propose enhancements for system performance.
  • Work alongside executives and stakeholders to clarify business needs and resolve operational challenges.
  • Draft detailed procedural documents and instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with engineering schematics and drawings.

  • Familiarity with battery protection systems and safety regulations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Lithium or other battery technologies.
