About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols
  • Process and label specimens for laboratory testing

  • Adhere to quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results

Requirements:

  • Two years of recent experience in phlebotomy or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
  • Experience with sales or customer service

Compensation:

$19.00 per hour
