Business Development Paralegal Professional

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team at Littler Mendelson. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients by providing exceptional case management and administrative support.
Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to contribute to the success of our law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paralegal work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all phases of case management, including document intake, discovery, and trial preparation;
- Assist attorneys with research, drafting documents, and preparing for trials and depositions;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting our clients and cases;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless case management;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- A minimum of two years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support software;
- Familiarity with Minnesota state and federal courts and procedures;
