Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Bellperson/Valet to join our team at The Inn at Mattei's Tavern. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with the transportation of luggage, providing a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival and ensuring a smooth transition into their stay.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
- Logistics: Arrange for transportation services, such as taxis or shuttles, and provide information on local attractions, dining options, and other amenities.
- Package Handling: Receive and deliver packages, mail, and other items for guests, ensuring secure and timely handling.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
- Licensing: Valid License to operate a motor vehicle.
Compensation: $17.51/Hour
