Job Overview

At Dunn Lumber Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to contractors, homeowners, and DIYers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects
* Generate sales and process returns
* Research and present special order products
* Provide accurate information on available services, including custom cuts and deliveries
* Build lasting relationships with customers through product knowledge and excellent customer service

**Work Environment:**

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with overtime eligibility. Store hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The available schedule is Monday-Wednesday, Saturday [open to close].
