Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients and counterparts to develop service proposals and ensure timely fulfillment of NPI service readiness demands.
  • Work with the Asia team to provide service quotations for review and negotiation with clients.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage client relationships and lead after-sales service-related review meetings, monitoring client responses and escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Develop new service business opportunities and create global service processes for potential clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to function independently and multitask.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with Microsoft Project and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business required.
  • 2 years of program management, engineering, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment required, with electronics manufacturing preferred; 4 years' experience preferred.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
