  • Guest and Employee Communication: Communicate effectively with guests and employees, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance.
  • Unit Preparation: Thoroughly inspect and prepare units to guarantee they are spotless and ready for guest occupancy.
  • Staff Development: Assist in the training and professional development of both new and existing staff members.
  • Reporting and Follow-up: Report engineering issues promptly and respond swiftly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: Over 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Language Skills: Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Computer Skills: Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Background Check: Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
