Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team at Eastern Sports Management. As a key member of our aquatics team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce Pool Rules and Regulations: Ensure that all pool rules and regulations are enforced to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in emergency situations, providing appropriate care and assistance as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Pool Equipment and Facilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that our pool equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in aquatic safety and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Must be willing to obtain Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications.
