Job Summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and order selectors, to move merchandise throughout the distribution center.
  • Handle full cases of product, including lifting and stacking merchandise up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain and verify documentation and information to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
  • Comprehend and follow written and verbal directions in English.
  • Use basic math skills to verify quantities and complete order paperwork accurately.
  • Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners to perform job duties.
  • Inspect merchandise items to ensure accurate quality and brand specifications.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Training course in English and meet productivity standards.
  • Previous forklift experience required.
  • Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and required overtime.
  • Must be able to work well with others.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting.
  • Standing or walking for the duration of the shift is necessary; sitting for extended periods during the shift may not be possible.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug screen to operate power equipment.
