Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and identify issues related to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure a safe and organized working environment for all staff, contractors, and clients.
  • Retrieve items according to job specifications or order confirmations, labeling them with item numbers, quantities, and descriptions.
  • Receive and assess incoming shipments, confirming all items against packing slips, purchase orders, or other documentation.
  • Conduct inventory counts to support the cycle counting process, store materials in designated inventory locations, and secure the cargo area as per company standards.
  • Maintain the warehouse and cargo areas in compliance with company cleanliness policies.
  • Understand and comply with all company health and safety protocols relevant to essential job functions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Effective planning and organization, utilizing time efficiently.
  • Reliability in following instructions and responding to management guidance.
  • Ability to tackle challenges resourcefully.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to reach with hands and arms, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, and frequently climb or balance.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using hand trucks or pallet jacks, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds manually.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Certifications
  • Professional certifications may be necessary in certain areas.
  • Forklift certification is required.
